We are a Ministry Consultant and Life Coaching Organization. Our focus is working with ministries and individuals at all levels, to create a safe place for those who have suffered trauma while working within their ministry roles. Helping them to transform into a place of healing, wholeness, and restoration.

EMPOWERMENT
We are empowering individuals to understand that not only is their soul valuable but they as a whole person are valuable and worth fighting for, both spiritually and naturally. Our weapons are not carnal but more often than most the battles are.
PARTNERSHIPS
We work with Faith Based organizations and churches to set up platforms catered to helping their teams and staff grow and find the help and healing they need through conversation and accountability.
ONE-ON-ONE & GROUP SESSIONS
We offer one-on-one or group coaching sessions, we provide Consultantion services, and Pastor Ruthenia is available for public speaking engagements.
RUTHENIA GEORGE

Pastor Ruthenia George, is the wife of Pastor Michael George and the Assistant Pastor of The Pentecostal Impact, she is mother of five, and grandmother of 20+ grandchildren. Pastor Ruthenia has been in covenant relationship with Jesus Christ since 1993. And has held leadership positions in church since 2000. She is the Chair and Founder of Know Your Worth Ministries LLC. She is a Ministry Consultant, Life Coach, Public Speaker, and Licensed Minister. Her pain has become her passion to see others healed.
